Computer system change

We are changing our computer software during June 2013.

In order to facilitate this, we will be changing the way we work for the short changeover period

Prescriptions

We will need to reduce our repeat prescription work in the period from Monday 3 June to Friday 14 June.

If your repeat prescription needs to be issued between these dates, please make your request before Friday 31 May.

In some cases, we will be issuing 2 months worth of medication to selected patients who are requesting now, and who are likely to run out during our changeover period.

Appointments

As part of the changeover, at the moment we will not be able to offer pre-booked appointments for any date beyond Thursday June 6.

From Tuesday June 11 onwards, we will have our usual mix of advance and on-the-day appointments available.

Thank you for your patience with us during the changeover, and please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this will cause you.
